Founder & CEO
MAY, is a dedicated professional who is passionate about finding sustainable solutions in workforce planning. Her purpose is to alleviate poverty, particularly in Kenya and Africa, by empowering individuals through work that promotes sustainable livelihoods. She is especially drawn to the challenges young Africans workforce face, including high levels of unemployment and underemployment, and is tirelessly seeking solutions to address them.
With over 12 years of experience in workforce planning, May is professionally trained in Business Management, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Workforce Planning. Her expertise spans Strategic Workforce Planning, Operational Workforce Planning, Change Management, Project Management, Data Analytics and Visualization, Workforce Planning tools and systems management, and people leadership. She has worked with SMEs in the manufacturing industry and in the complex aviation industry, where she focused on creating sustainable workforce planning solutions.
May is a member of the Workforce Planning Institute which is a Global Association for Workforce Planners that has its headquarters in Melbourne, Australia. As part of the institute, she serves as a committee member representing Africa on the Global Standards and Content Committee (GSCC) whose mandate is to provide oversight, validation, review and refreshment of all content presented to the institute’s members and the broader workforce planning community.

He is known for his unwavering dedication to achieving results and possesses a strong problem-solving acumen. Gordon's exceptional analytical skills enable him to effectively address complex business challenges while maintaining a keen focus on extracting practical value from investments to drive growth and enhance performance. With more than 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles, he has successfully implemented strategic workforce planning and system enhancements, ensuring optimal productivity and long-term sustainability for various business segments.
Gordon has a degree in Statistics and has undergone professional training in Business Leadership, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Aviation Management, further enhancing his expertise.
